Franklins Restaurant & Brewery

Franklins is a Hyattsville landmark on Baltimore Avenue that grew out of a neighborhood hardware store opened in 1992.

Today it combines a gastropub, an on-site craft brewery, an ice cream counter and a general store stocked with toys and gifts. A seasonal tiki bar opens on weekends when the weather allows. The kitchen serves lunch and dinner every day, staying open an hour later from Wednesday through Saturday.
