Washington Photo Safari has taught photography through guided field trips around the capital since 1999.
Instead of classroom lectures, participants learn on location at monuments, memorials and neighborhoods. The company runs more than 150 itineraries, including night safaris, smartphone sessions and private outings. Workshops on headshots, architecture and real estate photography, plus photo critiques, serve all skill levels and camera types.
