Olazzo is an Italian-American restaurant on Norfolk Avenue in downtown Bethesda, opened in 2002 by brothers Roberto and Riccardo Pietrobono.
The menu is pasta-centric, with classics such as lasagna, linguine with sausage and penne with house-made meatballs. The brothers recently remodeled the dining room themselves with help from their father, a longtime bricklayer. Olazzo serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, with earlier weekend openings.
